It's a wild and crazy market now, with homes on the market 20 days less on average than earlier this year! Lots of buyers are waiving home inspections. 😰 That can mean being stuck with unforeseen costly repairs and necessary safety upgrades. (Did anyone look in the crawlspace first??) But I've been contacted by several buyers who want inspections as soon as they own the place. Better late than never! My home inspections before, during, or after listing are always thorough. Don't settle for a "quickie inspection" because there's so little time. You're not getting a deal. More like a liability.
